WENDT CORPORATION and PROMAN Infrastructure Services Pvt Ltd signed a joint venture agreement in January 2023 to establish a new company, WENDT PROMAN Metal Recycling Pvt. Ltd.
WENDT CORPORATION has a long history of developing small and large-scale metal recycling plants for customers around the world. As a market leader in metal recycling, WENDT has built an unparalleled reputation for process and equipment expertise, a vast project management capability, and a world-renowned service organization. With over 100 employees and dozens of partners worldwide, WENDT has become known for their ability to execute an array of projects from small 5-ton/hour shredding plants to 400 ton/hour mega shredders with complex downstream sorting systems.
PROMAN Infrastructure specializes in heavy industrial equipment solutions with a focus on crushing, screening, and material handling solutions. Employing over 150 people, and a leading manufacturer in India, PROMAN is a pioneer in the design, manufacture, and supply of total crushing solutions for the aggregate, sand, and mining industries. Along with the company’s large presence in India, PROMAN exports its products to the USA, Middle East, and Africa.
Together, the two companies have formed a joint venture called WENDT PROMAN Metal Recycling Pvt Ltd to leverage their complementary experience. The company combines WENDT CORPORATION’s 45+ years as a leading manufacturer of shredding and separation recycling solutions in North America with PROMAN’s local manufacturing infrastructure, exclusive sales network, post-sale service and support and expertise in India’s industrial market.
